Man and van needed for 2 hours on Sunday 8th Feb - tomorrow

I need some help to dissasemble a double bed (no mattress) then move it and a chest of drawers from a 1st floor flat in Forest Hill to a 1st floor flat in East Dulwich. Shouldn't take any longer than 2 hours, happy to be flexible on timing, although lunchtime / early afternoon probably best.
