New Meditation class drop in today, Friday 6th Feb and 13th Feb at the promotional price of ?7 only for each of these 3 sessions?

The classes are held at Bellenden Therapies, 147a, Bellenden Road, SE15 4DH. It's a blue door across the road from Melange the chocolate shop.

There is a drop in session today at 1.50 to 2.50pm for general Meditation cost ?7. Please arrive a little early so that we can start on time.

I have been running Meditation classes at Bellenden Therapies for 3 years, yoga generally for 8 years and Art teaching for 20 years.
