I am an experienced Body Control Pilates instructor with specialist training for teaching during and post pregnancy.


Pilates in pregnancy is a safe, effective and beneficial form of exercise. These small group classes are suitable from your second trimester and include exercises to help improve pelvic floor function, pelvic stability and good posture whilst aiming to release areas of tension with mobilising and stretching exercises.
