black and white cat attacked by dog in upland rd

Happened today at around 4.pm check your cat for bites as the dog had to have his head prized off the cats neck. Witnessed by my partner who saw where the dog came from, he thought the cat was being looked for but if their are any problems contact us for info.

Is it just me or is there an increase in the number of folk around the Hindmans Road/Upland Road area strutting around with big,rough vicous looking dogs? Would be good to see them all muzzled or gone from the neighbourhood. The dogs, too.
