We are looking for great friendly housemates for a great house-share in a great house in a great area.

SORRY WE ARE LOOKING FOR SINGLES NOT COUPLES

2-story 5 bed house nestled between Lordship Lane and Peckham Rye Station. The house features a spacious open plan living room dining and kitchen with dishwashing and washing machines that opens up to a patio perfect for summer barbecues. There is also a large shed out back in the garden that can be used for bike storage if needed.

Transport links: 7-10 minute walk to East Dulwich Station or Peckham Rye with a large number of buses very close running along Peckham Rye (63, 363, 12, 197, 78) and Goose Green (40, 176, 37, 185) straight into Central London and places like Clapham, Brixton, and Shoreditch.

Number of great pubs very nearby, including the Gowlett, the Clockhouse, the Montpelier and the Victoria as well as a quick five minute walk to the many shops on Lordship Lane.

Great Restaurants include 3 - 5 min walk, thebeggingbowl ganapatirestaurant

This is privately rented house (no agencies!).

All Bills are included in the rent that also includes high speed wireless internet and virgin TV in the sitting room.
