New Zumba class @ Dulwich College Sports Centre @ 9.45am starting this Friday 9th Jan 9.45-10.45am.


This is 'Zumba' with a slight difference....more dance than classic Zumba, routines are set to pop tracks, easy to follow but most of all great fun and fantastic exercise!


Be put you through your paces - I have a reputation for being tough but fun and together we'll get results without you even being aware!


I have been teaching Zumba @ Push Studios for 4 years and due to space am starting this new class at Dulwich College Sports Centre, Pond Cottages, just off the South Circular on College Road just opposite Dulwich College.


Classes are ?8 per drop in (block classes available ?75 for 10 classes, 11th class free)


No need to book as there is plenty of space and parking is also available.


SUNDAY ZUMBA @ 9.45am ALSO STARTS THIS SUNDAY 11TH JAN @ THE GRAFTON DANCE STUDIO, 7 VILLAGE WAY (on the left as you travel to Herne Hill from Dulwich Village before the turn into Half Moon Lane)

      No, signs of sense and scrutiny of "leaders" not knowing the impact of what they have done, so much so that every citizen in the UK will suffer financially as a result of an incompetent, incoherent, unhinged Govt that's impact is effecting every citizen in the UK. Where things were being turned around by the last lot, this lot has already compromised all that work in its first 120 days in power. You may not like it but that's the truth.  We are never going to agree and actually Reeves, Rayner and Starmer need to go, like yesterday.

      I fully agree. I hope you had some khinkali (Georgian dumplings), they're fantastic! They used to have only meat ones but now they also have mushroom ones and they're great. I always try to fit in a honey cake at dessert. Overall I appreciate that their food and menu seems to only improve with time.
