I am not aware of any local solicitors who can do this as I think this can only be done by the Foreign Office - I think you can send the document off to them by post and get it done for about ?30 (or if you are in a rush they have a "premium service" in London for about double that)- a notary may be able to send it off for you (but would obviously add their own fee to the cost charged by the FCO)Actually have just checked on the FCO website and they have a leaflet
