HOT YOGA IS COMING TO PECKHAM!

Classes start January 2015 at GAIA STUDIOS, Maxted Rd, SE15 (off Bellenden Rd).

Every Sunday and every Wednesday morning at 10 - 11 AM from 4th of January 2015

?12 per class or discounted 6 class passes available for ?60 (?10 per class).

My philosophy is that yoga is for every body and the class is suitable for all levels with easier variations when needed.

The studio will be heated to 28C to warm our muscles, helping us to deepen the stretches and encourage detoxification

(something we all need from time to time!). I teach a style of power yoga that flows from one posture to the next.

It's a full body workout so be prepared to sweat!

Classes are limited to 8 places so drop me a line to book a spot (you can also drop-in if there's space but a good idea to check beforehand).
