A detailed post natal workshop performed by a Specialist Women?s Health Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor that is recommended for all women following childbirth (at least 6 weeks post natal).


Most women after having a baby have either a weakness in their tummy muscles or pelvic floor which can result in back pain, pelvic pain and bladder and bowel weakness, this workshop can help you take control in addressing these issues.


Tummy Training for Mums is a 1.5 hour advice and practical workshop providing:

? Professional advice on rectus diastasis gapping (tummy gapping), pelvic floor recruitment and postural changes

? Advice and practical sessions on safe exercises as well as the best post natal exercises to address posture

? Practical self assessment of your rectus diastasis (tummy gap)

? Practical self assessment of your core tummy muscle strength


Cost : introductory offer ?15 (limited spaces available)
