Alan Medic
My Mrs has a Nexus 10 but told me this morning, as she holidays in Spain, that she can't really use it for everything she needs (due to a lack of a keyboard). I doubt she knows that there are keyboards out there, though mostly from what I've read, for the Apple market. Can anyone recommend one that works well with an Android as I'm bl**dy well short of Christmas present ideas? Otta
But you've just given me the perfect gift idea, cheers Alan! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/52471-android-tablet-recommend-a-keyboard/#findComment-806868 Share on other sites
tfwsoll
I've got a Kensington KeyFolio for my Samsung Galaxy tablet, which is a combined cover/keyboard. The keyboard is detachable. They make them for other types of tablet and it looks like there's a good selection at Amazon. Alan Medic
But is it good tfwsoll (and why can't you have an easier name?)? If you read reviews they vary from brilliant to crap for the same product. tfwsoll
I like mine and so do most of my team at work. They do weigh the device down a bit but I am assuming that would be the same for any keyboard. It attaches to the case by a powerful magnet and is easy to detach but stays in place when in use and when being carried. I use my device for work and personal stuff and it's fine for both - and the charge seems to last a long time. I'm not sure I would have bought it (or any other keyboard) at full price but they were on a good deal at Amazon. I hope this is more helpful. As for my name, can I be nominated for the EDF awards for the least easiest name ;-) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/52471-android-tablet-recommend-a-keyboard/#findComment-806939 Share on other sites
Alan Medic
Thanks tfwsoll.I've ordered one. I'm not in a position to nominate you for anything apart from being helpful. I expect your name is Welsh and it's unlikely to be your fault.
