Smoke and sparks Denmark Hill St

Just cycling home and as I was passing through Camberwell I noticed some bright flashes coming from Kings Hospital then when I got closer, I witnessed Denmark Hill station billowing smoke and passengers were spilling out of the exit.

Does anyone know what the cause was?

Quick lot on Twitter and it seems to be a fire on/under the train.

Doesn't look serious.

Fire on/ outside the 17.56 from Victoria to Dartford. I was on it. Evacuated at DH. Think it looked worse than it was. Hopefully it was, and nobody hurt or smoke inhaled etc. people strangely hung around, phones out and didn't calmly evacuate and give space when and where required
