Jocky
Who is the owner of this fine vehicle? and does anyone know the reason it's been marooned on the pavement for ages? Alan Medic
I think that part of the 'pavement' is actually private property as with all the other shops along LL. Probably explains why it hasn't been removed. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/52003-red-car-on-lordship-lane/#findComment-802984 Share on other sites
phobic3000
I was only thinking about that car the other day. It's been there so long yet I hardly really notice it, like it's just part of the pavement and a completely normal place to be. I wonder if the person who parked it there intended to leave it there. Would anyone even notice if it was taken away. I also wonder why I've wasted so much time thinking about it... Jocky
Who would one contact to enquire about this situation? I believe that it would be in everybody's best interests if this car was to be abolished. edhistory
There are several previous threads that discuss the owner's use of his land together with the legal background. You might like to read these before spending more of your time on this.
