Traffic this morning

Does anyone know why traffic was so bad this morning around Champion Hill going towards Camberwell. I was on the 176 and it took forever to get to Waterloo. Any ideas?

There was an accident at the junction from what I could make out. There was an ambulance and lots of flashing blue lights around 8.30

I heard that there were temporary lights in Walworth Road causing a back uop of traffic

I walked to Camberwell and not a bus passed me.....I felt quite healthy and less stressed too

Many of the bus lanes are not working fully also, in places.

Situation not helped by all the lorry drivers who couldn't get around yesterday choosing today instead, as well as bus drivers travelling more slowly than usual due to there still being ice on some roads.
