CHARITY FAIR - Saturday 22 November, 11.00 am ? 3.00 pm

Honor Oak Baptist Church, Forest Hill Road, E. Dulwich SE22 0SG / www.hobc.org.uk

Sale of Christmas cards and gifts, home crafts, local honey and hive products, bric-a-brac - possibly vintage, DVDs, books, refreshments and viewing of church building.

Come and raise funds for the following organisations:

- African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust

- Camberwell Gardens Guild

- Dulwich Helpline / Southwark Churches Care

- Jubilee Action

- Motor Neurone Disease Association

- Practical Action SE London Group

- St Christopher?s Hospice

- Phoenix Cards (supporting cancer research and Macmillan cancer support on the sale of Christmas cards)

- Traidcraft

- World Vision

  Was meeting a friend for lunch today in ED and thought I’d make a quick visit to the Poundland beforehand as my usual store I visited closed down in Camberwell last year. As soon as I entered was confronted by very loud beat music blaring away (couldn’t wait to get out) and no staff around to serve on the till. The 3 self service tills were all closed so had to wait over 5 minutes to pay. Just hope they can up their game as they have a prime position in ED.

  Only way to circumnavigate around TW's attempt at isolating those south of Piermont Green, i'd suggest are making use of the P12 or P13. Unfortunately no indication as too how long the three different "bursts" will take to be repaired and the obvious inconvenience it causes.
