As part of my new breathe & de-stress programme, I am offering a yoga and meditation workshop at the Goose Green Clinic on Saturday 29th November.


By the end of the day you will:


- understand stress triggers and physical reactions to stress

- gain practical tools to help release tension and relax

- understand importance of prevention

- feel more relaxed and revitalised

- take away yoga and meditation exercises to improve your sleep


Times: 10:00-16:00
