Come make a beautiful non traditional upcycled Christmas wreath with the help of an Untapped Artist, in the relaxed atmosphere of The Sparrowhawk pub.

Untapped is an arts organisation dedicated to unlocking creative potential, providing art workshops to vulnerable community groups. We work in London and Dorset. We are currently fundraising for a New Art Space in Croydon that will provide accredited training to young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training, as well as the benefiting the wider community with an art gallery and workshop space.     • The good news is that the Blythe's new leaseholder is Austin Whelan, who runs a chain of very decent Irish pubs, mainly in south London. By all accounts, he has no intention of making any major changes. It reopened last week.
    • A builder said that to me once! What I should have said (but thought of it too late) was that given that I was paying him to do a job, I expected that my glass would be full, not half full 🤣 But yes, you are right in this instance!
    • Just had a flyer through the door. Posting here for people who haven't had theirs yet. The 50% off food is for three days only, and advance bookings only. I liked the EDT as it used to be, so I really hope the changes won't be too massive. Last time I looked through the window the bar seemed to be still in the same place, but who knows. Think I'll wait a bit to try the food. When The Lordship launched, we went for a meal there and let's say things didn't go smoothly 😂 Anybody who was there will know what I mean 😂 They have redeemed themselves since, I hasten to add 😂
