Rutolhed
HiI saw a big lorry ambulance in Peckham Rye this evening going somewhere with sirens on. Does anyone know why the NHS uses these big lorries? Clearly, they are too big to squeeze through the cars and traffic..? holloway
hi rutolhed, have only just seen your post as I've sat down with one eye on match of the day and the other on the comp! what you saw might have been a mobile mri or x-ray facility. the nhs sends them out to places where people can't get out and about easily i.e nursing homes and prisons.hope this answers your question.
