triumph
Try 'The Happy Puzzle Company'. Lots of that type of toy and very reasonably priced. scareyt
Galt marble runs are brilliant and get played with for years. There's the construction element of designing the run and then the fun of sending marbles down it. edanna
Not sure how old she is? For pre-school Interstar is good. There are different sets I think but we have this bucket: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B000XT2ADS?pc_redir=1414389986&robot_redir=1 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/51187-recommendation-for-construction-toy/#findComment-796802 Share on other sites

SE22mum
GoldieBlocks - just google it. An engineering set designed for girls. not all pink and fluffy but includes things that apparently girls respond to, the main figure is a girl not a boy and there are some story prompts to follow.
