loft and side return

So, we've been mulling over getting the loft and side return 'done' and have had several companies in to quote. We're now thinking the best approach would be to get our own designer/architect to draw up detailed plans and then present these to the companies to quote on - rather than just being led by the companies we ask to quote.

Any recommendations then, for architects or designers or experiences to share?

Many thanks

I'm working with Gruff, based in Brockley, on a big project and have been very happy with them. They listened to my ideas / requirements, I've enjoyed working with them on the design process and am happy with the results. They are very committed to the project and have gone above and beyond what I'd expect.

I've never had an issue late at night in the areas you talk about and I've been around here for 18yrs (before I moved I had the same concerns as you). Go visit your areas late at night at different times for your own peace of mind (I did)
