2nd hand furniture shop - recommendations?

Bored of trawling through eBay and the For Sale section on the EDF, I'm after a good local second hand furniture shop with lots of choice - looking for chairs and sofa that aren't too ropey. Any ideas?

Have you tried the British Heart Foundation shop on the Old Kent Rd (near Tescos). Know a couple of friends that have surprisingly decent sofas from there? But I think you have to be willing to risk them not having what you want in every visit as they are reliant on what gets donated!

Crystal Palace is the answer...we have around 5 excellent shops including one 4 floor warehouse..

I got a great chest of drawers from a charity shop in Streatham Hill (on the high road going towards Streatham) - think it might be an Oxfam shop?
