gas smells funny

Has anyone else noticed thier gas smelling of paraffin today?

Have you been painting? The fumes can smell like paraffin when combined with the fumes from a flue-less hob.

I Googled this and there are many reports of this.

Suggestions were as rodneybewes said above. Perhaps he Googled it too.

Also check flame is Blue and not Yellow.

If yellow do not use appliance and get it checked out.
