Hi - can anyone recommend a CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) practitioner nearby?

I had wonderful CBT therapy on the NHS through my GP Surgery - The Gardens. Just posting this incase you happen to be a fellow patient there.

Try the Vale practice. Great practitioners there.

You can self-refer for IAPT (improving access to psychological therapies) which includes CBT. This is on NHS and is run by SLAM.
