Bach to Baby presents:

The Soulful Cello

featuring Tim Lowe, cello & Andrew Brownell, piano

The cello is said to be the instrument that?s closest to the human voice, which must be why it's such a favourite with composers. Treat yourself and your little one to a tour of some of its highlights, from the genius of Beethoven?s variations on a famous tune by Handel to Faur??s heart-breaking ?l?gie and Brahms?s majestic Sonata in F Major. The cello can make us laugh, cry, and . . . dance! There'll be a virtuosic Tarantella to get your toes tapping!
