I love these classes! Brilliant both for beginners and the more advanced as you get paired up with someone at the same level as you. I started in the summer and my fitness has improved a lot. If you haven't already - give it a try.

I joined this boxing class after a long period of no exercise and hitting 50.

I was a bit anxious it would be too much for me having back problems but Simone's consideration and encouragement has helped me build up my strength and fitness. The class showed me how weak my stomach muscles were, no wonder my back was so bad, so now I know they are getting stronger.

I like the way Simone makes sure your technique is correct and that your not just punching haphazardly.


Its been a long time since I've had so much fun exercising!
