Renovating front door

Dear all,

We have a beautiful big old wide front door with lead glasswork etc that is still gorgeous but needs a bit of tlc to bring it back to life. Does anyone know of a company which can renovate doors including inserting a bit of draught exclusion rather than just supply a new door (I love my current door so much)?
