Can somebody clarify which building is being talked about? Is it the one behind Landells Road which was built as part of a pair about 5 years ago? Or is it another one "behind Franklins" somewhere (if so, where?)

Just watched the episode, very impressive, even if it wouldn't be to my taste. Classic Grand Designs wildly escalating budget scenario, ouch.

It's on Bawdale Road, round the back of Franklin's Farm shop. The entrance is next to the fireplace shop, Junction something?
