rain poncho

does anyone know where I can get a decent rain poncho for a 4 year old? Miss Oi will be riding to school on the back of Mr Oi's bike and we thought a poncho would be the best thing but I can't track any down (ideally I'd like to actually see it in the flesh before buying).
