Whether you've got a little one or you're expecting, join Yazmin at Yogarise Peckham (Peckham Rye) this week for?


*PREGNANCY YOGA: 6.15-7.15PM TUESDAYS - ?60 for a course of 6 sessions (?12 drop-in first class)

A slow and flowing sequence integrated with specific ante-natal postures to help you stay grounded, light and energised during pregnancy, while also helping to relieve many common pregnancy ailments. Breath and visualisation exercises will enhance your experience by creating physical, mental and emotional well-being, cultivating courage and wisdom. The class will leave you feeling relaxed, nurtured and empowered having made a new network of supportive friends. Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy to birth.


*MUM & BABY YOGA: 11.15AM-12.30PM WEDNESDAY - ?10 drop-in / ?45 for 5 class pass (3 month expiry)

Mum and baby yoga is a great way to bond with your baby. You will learn gentle stretches and techniques for soothing your baby, aiding quality sleep and good digestion. The class will also focus on reconditioning your post-pregnancy body with simple, effective exercises to strengthen and tone. A very relaxed class with time for a cup of tea afterwards. There is a lift up to the second floor and plenty of space within the studio for buggies. There is also on-site parking should you need it (?2 per hr). *please note, babies must be pre-crawling (there is no minimum age)


***No prior yoga experience necessary for either class***


*ABOUT YAZMIN

During her pregnancy, Yazmin went on to study with some of the pioneers of prenatal yoga and birth, further training as a Doula with the world renowned obstetrician Michel Odent. She leads pregnancy yoga classes and private birth preparation sessions, feeling both passionate and privileged in being able to support and guide new mums and dads through their journey from pregnancy into parenthood.

Yazmin also teaches, Yin-Yang yoga 7.30pm Tuesdays and Yin yoga 5pm Saturdays at Yogarise Peckham.


If there are any other preferred times for Pregnancy or Mum & Baby yoga, please do get in touch with suggestions. There may be space for a Saturday morning or afternoon class if there is enough demand. Please email [email protected] with requests! :)
