I haven't seen anything of this current series apart from catching a glimpse of the boy band bastard offspring of EraserHead, which did for me. Have just seen this evenings 'highlights' though and Fleur is streets ahead...

I mean, I accept she's objectively the best, but that duet was painful. Admittedly not her fault. Ben and ed was hands down the winner of that round.

Always preferred Fleur because I don't like Ben's voice.

After hearing the winner's song, thought Ben performed it better.

At the end of the day, whoever wins, I think Fleur will go further career wise as she has the X Factor.

Every year they write a song that suits who they want to win, better.

Fleur will go on to sell loads of records, just like all those others that outsold their years winning acts. It's better not to win sometimes.

I do like Ben's voice but that song is shite.

That was the best result. Cowell is no mug - Fleur had a career, whatever happened. Ben winning means he might just get a break as well.

But Fleur was miles and miles the better performer.

I was pleased that Ben won, I like voices with a bit of a rock edge, but usually they don't do well on X Factor. Fleur has a career ahead, no doubt about it. I hope Ben does well, he seems like a pretty genuine bloke.
