I am a highly Qualified and experienced Level 4 Personal Trainer, Lower Back Pain Specialist, Pilates Instructor and Nutrition Consultant.

I am offering you lucky people of East Dulwich the chance to have a 1-2-1 Personal Training session and health consultation in your home or my home studio for a one off price of ?15!

This will be 1 and a half - 2 hours in total for a fantastic price. The session can be totally tailored towards the type of exercises you enjoy doing as well as your fitness goals, and I will provide all equipment.

If you like the service I offer and would to continue working me, that is great, if not then that is fine also! There will be no dirty sales tactics, or trying to pressure you in to anything. After our session is complete, I will simply be on my way - and if you would like to work with me again, you have my details.

It really is as simple as that.

I pride myself on my honesty and I'm just not in the business of ripping people off. Having worked with GP Referral Patients for obesity, diabetes etc and helping to rehabilitate patients with lower back pain should give you an idea of my ethic towards the service I am offering.

  Not sure why you always have to come across as the guardian at the gates of the forum malumbu. People post what they think is relevant to the area. Whether it's about dog poo, best schools, lost single gloves, crime etc it's all relevant. It's not for you to control what is and isn't posted by others. Also, FYI it was a stabbing in Walworth not a shooting but I assume you already knew that.

  Yet another reason why all supermarkets should be thrown down the pit. Along with all their lies and horrid carparks. And their disgraceful treatment and terrible conditioning of their underpaid slaves. And their horrible antisocial robots who no one can even talk to, which also make their slaves even cheaper. Get rid. X

  What are our rights here? An item on the shelf has a price tag and next to it a discounted price if you have a club loyalty card or whatever, the expiry date for the offer is a few days in the future. Clearly you expect to be charged the discounted price because you have a loyalty card. You get to the staffed till, scan your card but the discount for the item in question has not been honoured and you've been charged full price. You tell the staff member but they go ignorant and insist the price is the full price without the discount. You go to point out the label on the shelf but they just ignore it. It was traditional to be charged the price shown on the shelf regardless and then up to the shop to correct it there and then, they don't do that now they just call you a liar. I made a complaint online and was told it was not a staff issue, staff are employed as robots nowadays and self-appointed security guards especially in the express stores. I was told next time to go detective and take photos of all the evidence so feedback can be sent to management. That's more work that what the discount is, what a joke.
