Dulwich Books welcome comedian and writer Chris O?Dowd and director Nick Murphy on Tuesday 28th October to chat about their new book Moone Boy, the prequel to their Emmy award-winning TV series.


Chris & Nick will be chaired by John Finnemore, British comedy writer and actor who will endeavour to keep them under control!


Martin Moone is eleven and completely fed up with being the only boy in a family of girls. He?s desperate for a decent wingman to help him navigate his idiotic life. So when best mate Padraic suggests Martin get an imaginary friend ? or ?IF? for short ? he decides to give it a go.


This event will be held in Dulwich Books on Tuesday 28th October at 4.30pm with a limited 40 places up for grabs to hear Chris and Nick read from and chat about the book. Tickets are ?6 for a book and entry or ?3 for entry to the event.     • Glad to hear that the cops are taking crash for cash seriously.  The situation I am aware of the driver called the police, reported it separately as dangerous motorcycling, avoided all calls from 'ambulance chasers' and subsequently got a letter from the police saying it was an unregistered rider/uninsured rider.  It was reluctantly reported to their insurers who actually did not put up the premium which was a nice surprise. So as stressful as it may be just hold firm, deny everything, take down details and report to the police.
