Just wanted to alert residents of a very dodgy "bin man" was spotted this morning. Had a rucksack on his back & a bike,oh & a can of lager! but dressed in bin man clothing. He was going through peoples front gardens & bringing out the odd bin if someone saw him.

This was at around 9am this morning the real bin men came at noon.

(I've removed a photo that identifies this man, who is innocent until proven guilty - Admin)

Bringing out the odd bin seems a bit weird.

However, either way, I am not too comfortable with photos identifying people on the forum under these circumstances.

From the back, maybe.

And what about the other person in the photo..are they involved?

"Honestly, boss, I was stuck in a tunnel when I was meant to be at work at 9am..."
