maxxi
Ooh I love these, it's a tin opener isn't it? On a dinner plate? Shot with an old Nikon F2 and over exposed in the dark room. What do I win? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/49330-tomorrow/#findComment-783469 Share on other sites

Jeremy
What's wrong with Dad music? You'd prefer a nice bit of Little Mix? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/49330-tomorrow/#findComment-783502 Share on other sites

El Pibe
just had a listen.Nice enough, in fact it's very pleasant now he's not trying to alienate, but I can't get very excited about it, in fact i was looking forward to it ending so i could listen to something I'd enjoy). I was there too when it he was helping redefine dance music such that it wasn't just some hand claps, euphroic synths and a fuck load of ecstasy, but a million people have trodden this path since and it's just a bit jaded really isn't it?Thinking about it there are some bits that wouldn't have been uncomfortable on a tangerine dream album ;)One for the This Life flat to have on endless repeat ;) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/49330-tomorrow/#findComment-783653 Share on other sites
Robert Poste's Child
I haven't a clue what any of this means. The answer is as mystifying as the question. ultraburner
I really like this album. Ground breaking. Haterz gonna hate but he is an innovator; the rest follow. El Pibe
he was grounbreaking 20 years ago, not entirely sure what's groundbreaking about this, I'd call it comfortable. Not sure anyone's breaking much ground these days.Try something like Inga Copeland if you want something that's trying to at the very least explore the nooks and crannies of music. vgrant
this stuff was mebbes a bit edgy for middle class white kids a couple of decades go - now its racked up in Virgin with the Alan parsons project, Eagles, stone roses, Kasabian and Pink floyd as bearded dad fodder.
