Townley Road Dentist

For anyone who hasn't seen this in Family Room. Does anyone have any idea when / if they will reopen? No message on phone. Skip outside but no work being done. I had to find emergency dentist as some work done by them needed repair. I would like to complain/ get a refund but no means of contact. all a bit strange.

They left me a voicemail to cancel and appointment last week as the works were overrunning. Said to call back on Friday to rearrange (which I haven't, yet), but I would take it from that that they're manning the phones sporadically.

I left a message too and they returned my call a week later. Not very impressed, there should be some kind of notification for patients.

They reopened today - albeit the surgery looks like a building site. Only two of the rooms are functioning and there isn't a proper reception of waiting room. They are closed Thursdays and there's still a lot of refurbishment work to complete so not sure when they will be finished.
