Smokey fire

After twenty odd years of sterling service my fire has inexplicably started blowing smoke back into the room. It's been recently swept.

Does anyone know if there is a way of fitting a new tube up the chimney like they do with wood burning stoves?

Could this be something to do with the fact that it's been recently swept?

Has the sweeping dislodged something?
