He connected a radiator for me that the original builders had left unconnected as the pipes didn't quite line up. He put intelligent thought into the best way to tackle it and then did a really neat job and it now works. Top marks! Came at very short notice to fix leaking pipe joints and a very blocked drain; was quick, explained every step, and gave good advice on preventative measures. Very impressed.
