emmaco
Hi, just did a free trial session with Darren on Peckham Rye this morning and really enjoyed. Being unfit I was nervous but everyone was very friendly and Darren is a great instructor pushing everyone to their max whilst managing different levels of fitness. I'm certainly going back. buggie
Agreed - it's lovely that things get tweaked every week so you don't have chance to get bored as it's always a bit different :-)Today was my 10th session & I'm noticing such a difference in my fitness - am suddenly able to lift my nearly 4yr old onto my shoulders without huffing, puffing & stopping half way up! karen104
I've also been going to these sessions for a while and as previous post mentioned no two weeks are ever the same so it always seems fresh. It's a very friendly group and Darren is brilliant at encouraging everyone to do the best they can at their own level so the group really does cater for all levels of fitness. If you want to come along, the sessions start at 10.00am on Sunday and the meeting place is in the car park by the cafe.
