Hi

We are looking for someone to paint our spare room / office - just one room but including ceilings, window frames, built-in shelves and desk. Soon as possible really... Its Mount Ash Road SE26. Available for quotes most mornings first thing, and happy to arrange another time daytime / evening as I work p/t.

Thanks,

Jo

Recommendation - painter

I can't recommend Tony highly enough.

I called on Saturday, he started Monday. Bathroom, two bedrooms, hallway and landing and kitchen. Finished today. Did an absolutely superb job - went and picked up paint and tiles for me - nothing was too much effort. And both he and his partner Ron were lovely to have around.

Just thrilled with his work - and very reasonably priced too.

would highly recommend Danny the decorator who has just finished painting my living room and lounge. His price was reasonable and a very nice man he even fixed my front gate free of charge after i must say i did hint that it had been like that for a few months. So i thought it would only be fair too return the favour and recomend him i wish him the best of luck in the future and would certainly have him back his number is 07964398544 all the best Sylvia

    • Some surveyors / damp specialists are linked to companies that do the remedial work. avoid - these people have one solution  which they apply to every damp problem irrespective of its cause. After wasting a lot of money on a big company damp specialist with a useless guarantee I found independentspecialistsurveys.co.uk   - His comprehensive report covered everything from gutters to location of furniture and size of ventilators. I would totally recommend him.
    • For some reason post boxes feel like something from another age. The only time I seem to use them is to post my used ink cartridges to HP for recycling, or my used contact lenses and cases  to Vision Direct, ditto (I don't buy the lenses from there, but they take them anyway). I hardly ever send physical cards any more, and I can't think of anything  else I'd ever post which didn't require me to queue at the Post Office to get proof of sending and/or delivery. And it also feels ridiculous in the twenty first century that we are still calling our postal system "Royal Mail"!
