Darren Gray
Spring has arrived! The birds are singing and the buds are blooming with warmer weather. This in turn is followed by an urge in many to get themselves moving! Hence there is something about spring that makes us all itch not only to get outside, but also to get our bodies in motion busy and active. Noticeably there are more people out and about exercising- many of them lining the streets and parks on their leisurely run. However for several of us running is a very daunting exercise especially if you feel out of shape or unfit. Sound familiar?
