plants wanted for roof terrace - best local places to buy?

We have a very exposed roof terrace (3 storeys up) and are looking for some reasonably priced plants that are suited to strong sun and wind and not too much watering as our tap up there isn't working! We usually go to Columbia road but don't have time to get there at the moment, so wondered where is the best place to get some relatively cheap plants such as cordylines, yuccas, palms etc...We've got a bit of a tropical theme going on up there so want to keep to that sort of thing...

There's a small but well stocked Garden Centre in Croxted Rd next to the railway bridge, not cheap but reasonable prices and excellent quality and advice.

thanks Simon (and what an apt name for your profession!) We don't have the budget to employ anyone and only want 3-4 nice plants, thanks. I expect you've already posted your details on the forum in the 'local business' section?
