I need a solicitor to sign a document for me this weekend, if anyone local is available. I'm in East Dulwich and would travel to meet at your convenience - and of course happy to pay! I estimate it would take about 10 mins of your time

Briefly I am in the process of borrowing a bridging loan from a commercial lender with a 2nd charge on my property. I have a solicitor acting for me but for various reasons he is in Somerset and I am here. All I need is a form signing to say that the terms of the loan have been explained to me by a solicitor in a face to face meeting. These terms are a couple of pages long and quite standard and straightforward. I am hoping to get this done over the weekend so I can return the docs to my solicitor and hopefully complete on Monday.
