I LOVED Spoilt Brat, and remember where in one picture Mummy is telling him off for having a box of matches, and says something like "Now you know you shouldn't be playing with matches darling." And in the next picture he is in the living room, with a pile of furniture, her clothes, the wardrobe etc., and he says, "Well what the blinking flip do I do with THIS?" Also loved Sid the Sexist "She doesn't smell bad for a fat lass thar."

The ones I liked were the vizzed-up versions of the more 'adventurey' strips from classic comics.

They did one which was a version of 'Billy the Cat' from the Beano, drawn in exactly the same style. Billy and Katie stumble across s band of thick-set, swarthy adults up to no good. They change into their crimefighting outfits, leap into action and then.. (in the final frame).. they both receive a sound kicking.

I seem to remember Topless Skateboarding Nun (Phoaarrrr) rather then motorcycle, but maybe she moved on a bit after my time... I still have (somewhere) the 2 fat slags videos and also a Sid the Sexest (you don't sweat much for a fat un) video as well

I remember Cider woman, but I think she was a side kick to Brown Bottle

However Finbar Saundersand his double entendres kept me amused (and is still my role model today)

But lest we not forget Johnny Fartpants, a boy who every man wanted to be after 10 pints and a Vindaloo !!!

Best top tip I read was never loose contact lenses again, drill a small hole in each lens, thread a bit of string through them and put the string around the back of your neck when you slip your lenses in... brilliant and I have been doing this for years now....

    • I'd also like to recommend Paul! His colleague Damien did a super quick and neat job sorting out a kitchen socket for us which had stopped working. Paul is very easy to communicate with and it's great to know there is a reliable and skilled electrician in the local area. His number is 07802627967
    • hi  Anyone going through this therapy (Dab & Tram)?   Fancy setting up a support group to compare experiences?
    • We are a local Country Rock group, looking for a male singer to join us. Current line-up is drums, bass, two guitars and a female singer. We are looking for a male singer to complete the line-up.  We mostly play Country Rock and Country covers, gigging locally, for fun. We occasionally get paid, but there's probably not going to be a lot of money in it! We rehearse most weeks and have our own rehearsal space in East Dulwich. To give you an idea of the sort of music, we do songs by The Eagles, Luke Combs, Charlie Crockett, Sheryl Crow, Nikki Lane, Tom Petty, etc. If you are interested in getting involved, please reply to this post, or phone or text Matt on 07944 673185.
    • It might work as some sort of community space. Perhaps a softplay (easy access from the south circular, with parking), or arts centre. Or much needed housing. ... would like to see the skatepark retained.
