Studio/storage/workshop space needed

Hi All,

This is the very beginning of my search for studio/storage/working space in this area, as my tiny terraced house has finally succumbed to clutter take-over! I need somewhere with a fair bit of storage for two small businesses (vintage china and music, arts and crafts equipment for kids workshops), a sink and hot water, desk space enough for two and flexible times to come and go. Very open to sharing this space! Any thoughts, ideas or just advice very welcome!

  I really enjoyed the play at the National Theatre Nye (Bevan) about the politician and the establishment of the NHS. He had to seriously compromise including some element of the private sector, GP practices, pharmacies being independent businesses, and consultants keeping on private work The days that a working class person from the valleys can be on the Cabinet are all but gone. But even then he was an outlier
