Computer / iTunes and iTunes help needed

Hi,

We have recently moved our iTunes file from a mac to a PC and it has been a nightmare. We have lost music that came via cd and when we seem to fix that the downloaded music goes awol.

Anyone got a recommendation for a local SE22 PC expert who can sort this out for me once and for all ?

I would do a system restore on the pc, roll it back to a date before you installed itunes, personally I do not trust mac software writers as it's in their interest to get you move away from PC and onto Mac, It always seems to want to screw with the file permissions and install all manner of crap along with the player.

If you post up your O/S I'll tell you how to restore your system....

I would stick with the bucket and mop if I was you!, System restore only affects programs and system files, Not Data!!
