Level 1/2 - Wednesday 19.45-21.00pm


Classes are tailored to suit novices or yogis who are a bit out of practice and wish to revise. The practices will help you to tone and invigorate your physical body, unwind your mind and emotions, revive your energies and find inner strength and calm.

LEVEL 2/3 - Tuesdays 20-21.15pm


Classes build on experience and a commitment to regular practice. You will develop a deeper understanding and a more refined awareness of the effects of yogic practices.

PREGNANCY YOGA - Mondays 19.45-21.00pm / Thursdays 19.45-21.00pm


classes (antenatal Yoga) continue to run twice a week. A wonderful way to draw the mind inwards during this precious time in your life. Become more conscious of your mind-body and cope with the physical and mental changes. Bond with your unborn and give her/him the best start possible!

Chanting and Kirtan - every other Friday


A mighty way to connect with your spiritual heart and the cosmic energy within all! Kirtan is the devotional singing of mantras and spiritually charged names. The sound vibrations of the mantras have an energising as well as relaxing effect.

    • Sorry Jazzer, not a Q for me but I would plant lots and lots of trees and turn it into green space - no dogs - just nature, as much as possible on an A road 🙂
    • Can you share your ideas for the site, please? So the residents can have an idea of what your ideas/plans consist of.
    • I would turn it into a green space. Having Dulwich Park nearby is not an excuse. Why should residents of Dulwich Village, having Dulwich Junction closed and refurbished multiple times (no end to this btw cause the Southwark council apparently has millions to waste) have it and people on Lordship Lane and A25 (South Circular) ? People living in the area have to put up with very high level of: air pollution noise anti social behaviour. How about transferring the skate park from the Grove Tavern parking  to Dulwich Village?
