Rude forum sellers/buyers

Its great to have a buy/sell forum for the area and I've lost count on how many times I've bargained in that section. The only issue is some sellers and buyers.. The sellers who sells the things to someone else even though you both had agreed the sale and you had just gone through a small hell finding transportation for your new big bargain (but fixed it!) or the buyers that never shows up!

The last issue even more frustrating when staying in an afternoon/morning in the wait for someone to pick up something you're giving away FOR FREE who in the end doesn't show up! GRRRRRR!!
