Loud Bang - Landells Road

Did anyone else hear the loud bang on Landells Road last night at around 10pm? Just wondered what it was...it was really loud!

Yes. I heard this....and before you all get too alarmed....I was convinced it was a single gunshot as it had a "repeat" to it. Definitely was not a firework. Could possibly have been a small engine exploding....

I almost reported it but then felt daft as figured there would be someone a lot closer who would do just that.

Tehre were fire works last night outside, it could have been that. We were trying to work out what they were for, Bastille day maybe?

Not sure it could have been fireworks because there was only one bang. I agree with MrBen that it sounded like a gunshot or an engine blow.

I heard it too and saw a flash at the same time so assumed it was a solitary firework.
