Broken Oven - electrician needed

Hello.

My oven has recently broken, everytime I turn it on it does not heat up full though the grill works fine. Looks like that either the thermostat or the element has gone.

Our landlord has asked us to get in contact with a local electrician to fix it however as I'm new to the area I don't have any contacts.

Recomendations would be much appreciated!
