Parking at King's

Does anyone have advice for parking near King's if the car park is full?

Are the roads nearby busy or residential parking?

Roads nearby mon-fri 9-5 are pretty busy & are either permit only or metered

Maudsley car park (opp side of Denmark Hill to A&E) or at the further end of DeCrespigny Walk (again metered).

There's a former garden centre that now specialises in providing parking for King's.

If you're coming from Champion Hill, as you turn right into Denmark Hill it is immediately on your left. In other words, just before the King's site begins.

fernedene road then you can walk thru the park to kings [tho not between 12 and 2]

meters round by the station

maudsley car park is much cheaper than the main car park

There is unrestricted parking around Blanchedowne... 5-10 min walk away.

You need to be careful on the Council estates as most of them you will need an estates permit.

I used to live on that estate, you don't need a permit!

Depending on where you are coming in from, and if the person is able to walk, you could indeed park in an estate or private road on a bus route.
