Too Good To Be True Posted October 3, 2014 Share Posted October 3, 2014 I reckon June completions were the top of the market (for now) in Camberwell.Prices off 8-10% since then.There is a seasonal effect, but I think this is only of the order of about 2-3% from the peak in summer to the trough in winter. david_carnell Posted October 3, 2014 Share Posted October 3, 2014 The problem with that Goodrich Rd property is that it is a new build in a street of period properties and incredibly unsympathetic.Look at the tiny windows compared to the house next door!Seriously, the architect needs shooting. That plot didn't allow a 3 bed but they crammed it in anyway. Lunacy.
